| 配制方法： |
"Vestowax" K-25 and paraffin together with 25 parts mineral spirits are heated to 115C. The mixture is stirred until it gives a clear dispersion. Then add the balance of the mineral spirits and the low boiling mineral spirits, and the "Sepacorr" AP at approximately 50C with continuing stirring and cooling. Turn off the heating elements and engage the cooling device. It is important to watch that while the cold mineral spirits are added and while the mixture is continually and uniformly. A fine crystalline stable dispersion can only be made in this way. Should the mixture accidentally be reheated particularly in the temperature area between 80 and 60 it may lead to unwanted, coarse wax separation. In order to get a still better stability for the dispersion, homogenizing during cooling is desirable. |
