The formulation should be made in the indicated order. Before
addition of the diluted "Acrysol" ASE-60, the pH should be measured and
adjusted, if below 7.4. A pH in the range 7.4-8.0 is satisfactory.
following addition of "Acrysol" ASE-60, the pH may again require
adjustment by addition of ammonia to pH 7.4-8.0. The typical formulation
given above has an initial viscosity of about 28,000 cps. and can be
applied by knife coater.
