In this formulation, "Triton" X-155 is used to minimize drying on pad rolls and thus prevent resin pickup. "Triton" GR-5 is used as a penetrant. Triton GR-5 is preferred where subsequent rewetting characteristics ae desired. After impregnation of the nonwoven fabric with the above formulation, it should be dried at 230 to 250F. and cured for 3 minutes at 300F. |
