| 配制方法： |
1. The Viscasil, carnauba wax, and mineral spirits are heated sufficiently to melt the wax. The temperature of the mixture should not be allowed to exceed 70C because of the detrimental effect on the polish components.
2. Agitate this blend with a high shear mixer like the "Lightnin" or a "Cowles" dissolver and slowly add the "Thixcin" 25C paste. Agitation at high speed should be continued until the mixture begins to thicken with no evidence of Thixcin 25C agglomerates.
3. The "Super-Floss" is then added slowly to the mixture with continued high speed agitation. The batch will start to gel rapidly upon addition of the abrasive giving a grease-like compound.
Agitation must be continued until the batch temperature cools below about 45C to establish and stabilize the Thixcin colloidal structure.
The mix is still pourable below this temperature and may be easily discharged into pails or other containers. |
