All components of Part 1, except the mintrol spirits, are heated together and melted at a temperature of approximately 225F. Then the mintrol spirit is slowly added and the temperature adjusted to about 200F. Then Part 2 at 200F is poured with agitation into Part 1.
Continue stirring until temperature is 185F, then pour into containers.
Directions for Single-Step Floor Maintenance Program 1. Use the regular rotating brush power polishing equipment, equipped with wire brush. STuff the hole in the center of the wire brush with wadding or steel wool to form a level surface.
2. Place a No. 3 steel-wool pad on the brush surface and spread a quantity of the paste gel (0.25 to 0.5 lb) on the center of the pad.
3. Use the machine with this steel-wool assembly in the same manner as for polishing the floor. This cleans the floor and deposits a protective wax-acrylic finish at the same time.
