Heat the "Shanco" W-1119 Wax, polyethylene and oleic Acid to a fluid melt at 250F. Add the morpholine and mix slowly for about 5 minutes.
Remove open flames before adding the morpholine. Adjust temperature of the base at around 240F.
Have the water at 208-210F, just under boiling and agitate rapidly to produce a vortex. Pour the hot base slowly into the side of the vortex at a rate that will not create boiling. Mix rapidly for 5 minutes. Cool while agitating slowly. |
