Heat to dissolve gelatin (120F). Mix together in bowl, start beating add warm gelatin solution and continue beating. Boil to 240F and add slowly to (2), beat until light. Add and beat until one gal weighs 3.5 lbs.
Any of the following flavors may be added: 1.5 lb dry-soup flavor.
1.5 lb yeast extract.
1.5 oz liverwurst flavor.
1.5 oz sardine flavor.
45 lb cocoa.
