Adjust specific gravity of oil mix to 1.02-1.03. Follow procedure above to make emulsion.
To make bottling syrup: use 2 fl oz of above emulsion and 1.5 to 2 fl oz of 50% citric acid solution in 1 gal of 32 Be sugar syrup.
To make beverages: use 1.25 oz throw to a 7 oz bottle or 2.25 oz throw to a 12 oz bottle and fill with carbonated water 15 1.5 to 2 volumes of carbon dioxide. |
