| 配制方法： |
Prepare a wet granulation of griseofulvin. Mix the griseofulvin, lactose and starch paste and pass through a 14 mesh sieve. Dry the granules in a 60C oven for 6 hours. Collect granules passing through a 20 mesh sieve. Combine griseofulvin granules, VEEGUM F, Emdex and Avicel PH 101 and mix for 15 minutes. Add the stearic acid and Cab-O-Sil to the mixture and blend for an additional 10 minutes. Compress. |
