Disperse "Methocel" in perchloroethylene and add oleic acid, monoethanolamine, and remainder of ingredients. Add water last. Can be used as upholstery cleaner for cars and furniture.
Can- phenolic or phenolic epoxy.
Valve- Buna gasket for water based products with mechanical breakup button.
"Dowanol" PM provides penetration and coupling properties. |
