Combine Orange Roughy Oil, IPM, and Polawax, heat to 75 C. Mix water and propylene glycol and dust in the carbomer. When thoroughly dissolved add the preservatives while heating to 75 C. At 75 C add the TEA to the water phase. When both are heated add the water to the oil. Mix to room temperature. pH 6.6. |
