Blend the ingredients in an amalgamator and feed slowly to a steel-roll or stone-roll soap mill. Then feed the milled soap to a standard soap plodder. Cut and press the extruded mass in the usual manner.
A rate of production somewhat below that of a standard toilet soap is to be expected.
Milling and plodding of this type of soap may be facilitated by replacing 10 parts of the soap stock with an equal amount of cornstarch. |
