Weigh and add 1 through 9 (emulsion oil phase) to a container; begin
stirring and heating. Heat to 70-73C. Weigh and add 9-11 to a container

8 blend and 9 through 11 blend are at 70-73C add the 9 through 11 blend
to the 1 through 8 blend. Continue stirring and begin cooling. Cool the
