Combine all ingredients of Part A and heat with stirring to 82 C. In a separate container, disperser the Carbomer 940 thoroughly in water, add propylene glycol and methyl paraben and heat to 80 C. Add Part a to B and mix. Add Part C and cool with stirring to 30 C. Add perfume as desired. |
