the GR-S is added to cool tight rolls and masticated for 20 minutes.
The calcium silicate is then added and dispersed.
The batch is cut from the mill and dissolved in approximately half the amount of "Nevsolv" T shown.
the "Neville" LX-685, 135 is dissolved in the remainder of "Nevsolv" T.
The "Bentone" 34 is added to the resin solution and mixed well. The rubber solution is then mixed into the resin solution. finally the calcium carbonate is added. |
