| 配制方法： |
Heat Part A to 80+_2 C. Dissolve the Carbopol 941 in the water phase and heat to 85 C. When completely uniform, add the remaining water phase ingredients. Then neutralize the Carbopol with triethanolamine 99%. Add the oils to the water phase slowly under good mechanical agitation.
Continue stirring to 25-30 C then incorporate Part C. Fill off. |
