Procedure is the same as for above formulas for alcoholic emulsion
skin balms but it should be noted that the water/alcohol ratio is
critical and may require adjustment depending on perfume and
concentration.
Note: The lightness and stability of the foam puff may be improved, if
needed, by the addition of 0.5% Carbopol 941.
